How to use DealNinja.com
as a Buyer

Setting up and using Deal Ninja is simple, just follow these easy steps and you’re on the way to saving.

1. Sign-up and register for Deal Ninja

Want to have access to members only content, contests, and exclusive deals? Then you’ll want to sign up for dealninja.com to access these special privileges. The best part? Membership is FREE! Just sign up in the top right corner of your screen and enter your information in the submission form. In your dashboard you can find purchases, print receipts, and customize your account settings. Members can rate deals and add comments that benefit the Deal Ninja community!

2. Subscribe to the Newsletter manage your account

Once you have access, just sign in to your account.  If a deal is added that matches anything you selected, then you will receive it in your mail, once a day. However, if we don’t have any of the deals you want, then you won’t receive an email. This feature allows you to customize your experience and get only the deals and coupons that matter to you.

3. Browse for different deals, sales, coupons, and discounts.

There are many ways to find deals. You can try using the search bar at the top of the page. You can select stores, categories, coupons, or search the whole site. You can even search for a brand or a store you want and you’ll get all the active deals and coupons. Browsing the site is another great option to find savings. On the homepage we have featured deals, top sales, top coupons, newest, popular, and categories. Featured deals are hand-picked by us because we think they represent the best deals. Top sales are the top items which shoppers are buying. On the right, you will find the staff picks, newsletter, popular stores and more.

If you’re in the military, a teacher, student, or retiree there is a special discount section for you. In the footer just select “Special Discount” and choose your discount. Here you will find deals and discounts for retailers, restaurants, and other merchants. With so many ways to find what your looking for, the savings wont be far away.

4. Read reviews, details, and articles

Looking to read what others are saying, or want to know about a deals specifications? Just go to the deal page and scroll to the bottom. You can  add a comment in the deal or coupon you want to know more about. There you can see the description and see what others have said. With an account you can rate deals with a thumbs up or down.

5. Rate and share the deals that you love

Want to save your friends money or help other shoppers save money then share the deals or add a comment. You can share by Facebook, Twitter, and email! We hope to build a community of shoppers, and by sharing your thoughts and ideas, you will help out the rest of us.

How to use DealNinja.com
as a Vendor/Merchant

1. Sign-up and register for Deal Ninja

To sign up as a Vendor or Merchant, Simply sign-up for a DealNinja account and select “I’m a Vendor.” Once you register you can can access your customized dashboard.

2. Vendor Dashboard

Once registered and logged in, You have access to a wide variety of tools and features.

  1. From the main dashboard, you can track coupons and deals you entered in, number of sales, earnings, payments for your account. You can also change your company logo on the left and see how many credits you have available to you to submit deals/ coupons.
  2. Under your profile tab, you can set up your name, password, email address, and the preferred method of withdrawing earnings (Paypal or Stripe).
  3. Under the store tab, you can put additional details about your store including links to social media, websites, descriptions, and store locations. These will be shown to potential customers when they view your deal or go to your store’s page.
  4. Under the coupons and deals tabs, you can track your coupons clicks, views for each promotion you enter. You can also use your credits to submit a new coupon.
  5. In the vouchers tab, you can verify customers voucher codes to see if there are duplicates.
  6. Under the agents tab you can manage employees access to your store allowing them to enter coupons/deals on your behalf.
  7. Lastly, Under the credits tab, you can purchase credits to enter a deal or coupon on our website. Each credit package allows you to purchase exactly what you need to serve your goals. The more you spend the greater savings you make. Credits are store on your account indefinitely. To submit a deal cost 20 credits, and a coupon cost 10 credits. These are non-refundable and are submitted for our approval. Once approved, you deal/coupon will be live on our site for 30 days. Don’t worry, if something looks incorrect, or there is a problem with the deal or coupon, we will contact you to make sure everything works out.

3. Entering a deal/coupon

Once registered and logged in, have to option of submitting your own deals and coupons to DealNinja. Simply go to the tab where you want to enter a deal/coupon and select “Add Coupon/ Add Deal.” All deals and coupons are live on DealNinja for 30 days.

Entering a Coupon Instructions

If entering a coupon, Please choose a title for your coupon. It’s wise to use a store name, what the coupon is for and the discount percentage or dollar value. Under this you can put the description of the coupon/voucher and what a customer can expect to receive upon purchase and redemption. You can also select an image which will show up on the description page. This can be a logo or the item.

  1. Next, choose a category for the item. If the category you want is not listed, simply type in the category you wish to be added.
  2. On the last tab under Coupon Except; this is a short description of the coupon/ promo code. Please keep it to under 4-5 sentences. Last you can choose whether the coupon is a promo code, sale, or printable offer.

When choosing a Code, type in the coupon/ promo code in the Coupon Code Value Box. Users will use this code to receive a discount on your website. Next put in a link with your website so the user can purchase the item. Please use www or http:// when entering the website.

When choosing a sale, please include a link to the sales page for the item/ discount. If you have an affiliate tracking link, please enter it below.

Last, If you choose a printable coupon, please select the image which the customer will print to redeem heir offer in store.

Note: Coupons are only charged credits at submission. Purchases or use of the coupons will only be charged commissions on website sales with affiliate links if available. We have the right to add in our own affiliate tracking links to any coupons submitted.

Entering a Deal Instructions

If entering a deal, Please choose a title for your deal. It’s wise to use a store name, what item the deal is for and the discount percentage or dollar value. Under this you can put the description of the deal/voucher and what a customer can expect to receive upon purchase and redemption. It is also best to include the date when the voucher will expire. You can also select an image which will show up on the description page. This can be a logo or the item.

  1. Next, choose a category for the item. If the category you want is not listed, simply type in the category you wish to be added.
  2. On the 3rd tab, please select how many items are available for purchase. You can set any number from 1 to 1,000,000+.  If you want to use your own deal voucher codes instead of randomly generated ones, you can put them in here. Make sure to have enough codes to cover the number of items available for purchase. You can also select the expiration date where the voucher cannot be redeemed anymore. you can add additional picture here to be shown on the deal page. If the link will take a customer to your store, you can put a link here. Please use www or http:// when entering the website. Last, include a short description of the item or service.
  3. On the last tab type in the original MSRP of the deal/Service and the sale price. If there is a minimum number of sales required so customers can redeem their voucher, please include it here. Below is a map which will show which locations the deal is redeemable. These locations are generated from the information you put in your dashboard.  You can choose if this promotion is on a website or in redeemable in store. Below this will tell you the commission percent that DealNinja will take per item sold. The remaining balance will be paid to you automatically.

 

Note: Deals are only charged credits at submission as well a 40% of the overall sale price as commission. Payments for the remaining percent will be available 60 days after the deal goes live on DealNinja. We have the right to add in our own affiliate tracking links in lieu of any link you have submitted.
